Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return a product. Returns are only accepted for defective items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics if the packaging has been opened or used.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping

The cost of return shipping will be covered by us. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
